By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you confirm that all participants are at least 18 years old.

Our Services include guided pub tours, event planning, and related activities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Bookings: All bookings must be made through our Site or authorized booking platforms. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified, in case of our Private Tours. We accept various payment methods as detailed on our Site.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

The cancelation has to be made written by e-mail to: info@bp-pubcrawl.com before 48 hours of the start.

Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and other tour participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous, without refund.

Health: Participants should ensure they are in good health and able to participate in the tour activities.

Alcohol Consumption: Participants are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. We encourage responsible drinking and adherence to local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, except in cases of our proven negligence.

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, schedule, or any other aspect of the Services due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available on our Site, outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

The fees include the right of participation in our tour. The fees does NOT include Travel costs, food, drinks (except the beer tasting and shots) or the overnight stay.
